In this almost insanely competitive market, being a mortgage broker can be an interesting and even adventurous job. That’s why it takes a person of dedication, strength, perseverance, and the ability to adapt to the situation at hand to be successful in this business. But, even if you have all of the traits of a great leader and visionary, do you have the mortgage marketing ability and power that you truly need in order to compete? Don’t just assume that you do. There will always be someone or something out there that is going to do better or more to gain an edge. Don’t let them!

My husband and I were planning a vacation to the beach. I bought a new bikini, and it was very revealing. It didn’t leave much to the imagination. I have always tried to keep “down there” trimmed, but when I tried on the new bikini, I realized that my efforts were not enough for that particular suit. I scheduled an appointment to have a professional wax done. When I walked in, I was given several choices as to how much hair I wanted removed. I was worried that even too much may not be enough for the suit, so I opted for Brazilian bikini hair removal. They took it all off, and I didn’t have to worry about any stray hairs during my entire trip.

“Try this,” said a very innocent young girl as she offered me a taste of her ice cream cone. Smiling, I politely declined and moved through the fair, trying desperately to find a way through the throngs of people. There was supposed to be a very fine acrobatic routine being performed by some world renown acrobats. What had caught my attention at the opening of the fair was the rumors that these two men and a woman were using bicycles as a part of their act! My mind has been racing for almost 2 days now trying to figure out just how they will be using them! Hopefully, I’ll make it on time and have my mind relieved.

Are you a college student who is stuck trying to do your own internship search? A good source of information may in fact be your own fellow college students — some of whom may have already experienced life as an intern. Your fellow students can be a good sort of unbiased information, and if they have had a bad experience they will be able to steer you away from situations that would not be productive.
