There are a lot of new diet and weight loss products that pop up on the Internet. Almost weekly there is a new fad, or popular dieting ebook or program that seems to be the next big thing for losing those few extra pounds. This is what promoted be to write a fat loss 4 idiots review. Is it the real deal? Or just another one of those diet ebooks and programs with no substance.
I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that fat loss for idiots actually planned your diets for you for an 11 day period. It’s a reasonably idiot proof (no pun intended) diet that anyone can follow. In a nutshell it provides you with 11 days worth of meals, you eat 4 times a day, once every two and a half hours.
You select your own meals from a multiple choice database of options, then those selections are used to create your 11 day diet plan. One day of the 11 is a fruit and vegetable day, and then between each 11 day stint you’re allowed three free meals. You can eat what ever you want during those free meals.
Will this program work? I think it will to lose weight. Will it work long term? Only if you commit to not going back to your old habits after you stop the diet.
