Scientists still do not understand exactly how panic attacks are triggered, but there is growing evidence that stress early in life makes a person more likely to develop panic symptoms. That’s how awful panic attacks are, and that’s how I felt until I received counseling and learned how to cope. A panic attack is defined as a discrete episode of intense symptoms that peak within 10 minutes and primarily involve sympathetic nervous system manifestations. The panic attacks are not due to the direct physiological effects of a substance. These panic attacks are indiscriminate and become apparent very quickly -sometimes within seconds of experiencing the first symptom.

Just because it’s women, golf can be very competitive. Go to a ladies golf tournament and watch the women golfers and you’ll see they are not messing around. They want to win! They take their golf very seriously. In fact, playing up to 4 times each week, working with their teaching pro weekly, and buying top of the line golf equipment. As you can see, golf for women is a growing sport and more younger girls are starting early on. Many have aspirations of getting a college golf scholarship. The investment is worth it if the reward is a scholarship worth several hundred thousand dollars.

If you think you’re safe from spyware and malware, think again. If you think "oh it will never happen to me," think again. Identity theft is a REAL concern that can happen to anyone: young or old, rich or poor.
Spyware and malware can infect your PC without your knowledge. These malicious files and programs have the ability not only to be destructive, but to steal personal and sensitive information such as passwords, credit card info, and social security numbers.
Because we do so much over the internet these days involving this information, it’s incredibly important to use some sort of prevention. A good spyware removal software program is highly important, and should be a requirement for any PC that is connected to the internet.
I sometimes put my SSN into various forms and stuff several times a week. That is a lot. I want peace of mind that someone isn’t sniffing out my personal data. This is why I use a dedicated anti-spyware program from a respected company.

If there is one accident I do not want to go thru it would be Severe Head Injury. You can actually recover from losing an arm or a leg but it would be hard. Recovering from a severe head injury is next to impossible. All your cognitive functions would be at risk. I would like to be alway sane and rational. Sometimes even if the damage can be seen now. Studies show that having injuries to the head may cause alzheimers late on. So as much as possible, be careful with your head. Protect it as much as you can.
