When I started learning about modern furniture I was surprised to learn how old some of the styles are. I was also surprised to read about mid century modern furniture. I’d heard of the Eames lounge chair and ottoman. It was introduced in 1956 and is a fabulous example of mid century modern chairs. Another of the popular mid century designs is the Womb chair. My husband and I own the fabulous Eames lounge chair and ottoman set. It’s my favorite spot in the house to relax with the newspaper. It was a great investment in modern furniture.

I’ve come to the discovery that the business of keeping track and records of all sorts of financial transactions, be they private or of a corporate setting, seems to be a most interesting and organized profession. Seeing how I am already a very organized person my nature, who even has all of his socks arranged by date of purchase, the field of becoming a management accountant was a natural choice. It’s almost as though I have discovered my true calling in this life, for it seems that I was expressly designed to assist others in keeping records of all of their financial moves.
