Can Someone Point Me to Some Decent House Plans?

Can anybody tell me where I can find some decent American and foreign split level house plans? I have been searching the Internet, and through my inexperience and lack of understanding of how to properly utilize the tools of the Internet, I have been unable to successfully locate decent set of split level house plans to start generating ideas. One of the most important aspects for me in the planning stage is to get a hold of some house plans that take heating and maintaining costs seriously. Is there anybody out there that can point me into the right direction?
