I never would have believed that people no longer work mostly for money. It still is about working for a company that is ethical or an Ethical Corporation. A recent survey has said that most of the people would still rather work for an ethical company than be paid more. That is good news huh. And that employees leave whenever they are not satisfied with their employer’s ethics. And there was about 1/3 of those who answered the survey said that they left a job because they had a disagreement with the company and it’s ethical standards for conducting a business. SO it is still not about the money.

When we’re still young, my dad used to bring us to different carnivals to have some fun. After a couple of hours of playing and riding in a carousel, we will then go to a nearby restaurant and eat our dishes.
I’m a big girl now but the family fun never stops. However, the weekly routine has diminished to monthly. Now, we prefer to sit down and get caught up with each other’s activities. Every now and then, we would also go out and spend some time together, strolling and still ordering our favorite dishes.
My father is a bit old now but the smile on his face never seems to vanish each time he looks at us having fun and mingling around. I still miss the old days but of course, I love what we have right now.

The government, after a predetermined period of time is spent waiting to be paid on taxes that are over due, can sell a non-paying owners property to the highest bidder to get the tax money by offering government tax lien certificates. If you use money from a regular self-directed IRA account to invest in tax lien certificates or tax deeds, than your money grows tax free until you withdraw from your account after retirement. If you purchase a tax lien certificate from the government you are required to make the payment against the required property taxes for the delinquent taxpayer.
