My husband was really tired of his extra 10 pounds that he was carrying on his waist. Our 20 year high school reunion was coming up and he wanted to look good. He decided to lose weight fast by doing one of those shake drink plans. Liquid breakfast, liquid lunch, and a descent dinner. Well it worked for sure and he did look really great for the reunion but the problem was when we got home he put all of the weight back on plus an extra 5 pounds. He ate and drank at the reunion parties and it didn’t stop whan we came home!
