A Critical Time To Stay Awake

When a person makes the decision to enroll in a nursing school they have no idea of what they are getting themselves into. Studying nursing is one of the most toughest majors to accomplish. I think in our second semester we lost around 20 students. The pressure is enormous. I wasted a lot of time by obtaining my RN degree first. I went back to enroll in one of the RN to BSN programs. They try to cram so much stuff into your head in such a short time. You continuously lose sleep and while at clinicals you realize it’s a critical time to stay awake because now you have a persons life dangling in your hands. It becomes a constant struggle to make up for lost sleep.

Dream Journal 1095, part 12

At this point I was getting frustrated. This was supposed to be a lucid dream. Why was this guy writing “adverse credit mortgage brokers” in the sky? I didn’t make that happen. Employees

I would imagine that hiring for your restaurant would be an extremely hard task. I am sure that everybody thinks that they can wait tables but it really is more complicated than you first think. You have to be able to mutli-task efficiently throughout your entire shift while maintaining a positive attitude that other employees and especially your customers would like to hang around. How do you find employees in the first place? How do you ask appropriate questions in an interview to find out if they would be a good restaurant employee? I bet a great idea would be a working interview to make sure the person can actually perform.
