I am really not looking forward to it, but I need to deal with painting my windows. They have been painted before, and now the paint is starting to crack and peel off. It looks awful, and I am worried the kids will put pieces of paint in their mouths, which I don’t want at all. I don’t think there would be any lead in the paint, but you never know for sure. Does anyone know where I can find some advice to make the process of painting windows a bit easier? I know I have to sand down the old paint first.

Being afraid of failure is a normal emotion for every person on the planet. How you get past that fear is the determining factor between failing and succeeding. You can do that by setting realistic goals and then examining those goals on occasion to do any necessary realignment. Above all, believe in yourself and the desire burning within.

You may think you are working your tail off and you probably are. Try raising the bar just a little bit. Always expect the best from yourself. Do not beat yourself up if you do not always hit 100% but increase your standards and strive for more.

Whatever your idea of success, conduct a “sanity check” throughout the process of reaching your goal. This should be done with someone you trust and who is themselves successful. Ask them to provide honest feedback about your success and as you move through different milestones, bounce concerns or new ideas off them to help keep you on the right track.

For the past three years me and my wife and our two year old daughter were living in her parents home. It was a challenging environment to live in as her parents were not the easiest to get along with. We were living their because originally I wasn’t making enough to get our own place but now that our daughter is older and her parents love babysitting her we’ve both gone out and are working. We called to check on the Nedbank Home Loans to see if we could qualify for this home we were looking at and discovered that we were a perfect candidate! We got the loan and are now living in our new spacious home!
