One of my favorite things to do is travel. Whether it’s within my own state or if it’s out of the country. I usually travel about once a year if not more, depending on how much vacation time I have built up at work. Since I travel so much, I always make sure that I have travel insurance planned and paid for. It’s easier to just pay out the money and have piece of mind while i’m on the road or abroad. There’s so many unknowns that can happen once you leave your house, and I don’t want to get caught without it.

A friend of mine is looking into possibly buying some property to rent out. Unfortunately she does not think she can afford to buy it and she doesn’t think she will make any money doing it. I mentioned to her that my dad actually has a few properties including a Sunshine Coast investment property and has done very well for himself. I explained to her that the key thing when it comes to having investment properties is to keep investing. Save what you earn from the properties and that will help you get on the right track to owing additional properties.

For many men who suffer from an enlarged or swollen prostate (benign prostatic hypertrophy) drug treatment is the answer and will often reduce symptoms to an acceptable level. However, in cases where this does not prove successful then the next step is to look at a variety of different minimally invasive forms of enlarged prostate treatment, the first of which is often catheterization. In this case a catheter is inserted into the urethra to act as a drain and it is a very simple procedure. Catheterization is not however without its problems, not least the inconvenience of having to frequently change the catheter. Catheterization is at best a temporary solution to the problem and should normally only be used alongside drug treatments where those drugs take a long time (often up to a year) to start acting, or to provide relief when it is necessary to wait for surgical prostate treatment.
