What Is A Bubble?

Investors should be aware of this stock market for dummies rule, that is understanding what a bubble is.  Simply said, bubbles are specific markets that run hot during an extended period of time.  We have had real estate bubbles, technology bubbles, and many more bubbles throughout the years of the stock markets exsistence.  The thing about bubble though is that eventually they will burst.  This means that eventually these markets will hit a top and tumble down.  There are many reasons for these bubbles bursting such as:  demand decreasing, markets being too expensive, supply rising, and many more secondary reasons.

Profit Lance Review

One thing I like right away about the Profit Lance Review is how it describes this guys mentality (Lance) in making money on the web. Usually a product that is over hyped doesn’t actually perform, where by I notice those that are under hyped do. Why? Because usually when a product makes money you don’t have to sell it, the word of mouth advertising does it for them. You use it make money then tell your friends, they tell there friends and so on. When a product has to give you a hundred and one reasons to buy it then you have to wonder why.

Coolest Job in the world?

I dont know about you but the idea of sitting back at home with my big screen TV, some take out and relaxing doesn’t really sound like alot of work. But yet for someone who tests video games for a living that sounds like just an average day. Can it really be that good? Apparently so. And to top it all off the industry is crying out for beta testers who they can pay a crazy salary too just to play video games. The more i think about it the more i relise how boring my day job is. Please can i get a Game Tester Job? Ill even take a pay cut!

Cheap Car Insurance For Lady Drivers

Ever mindful of the bottom line, Auto Insurance companies are creating specialist divisions or brands specifically targetting lady drivers. The promise is that women drivers will be treated differently with the payoff being low car insurance lady driver premiums. So is the reality the same as the marketing message? Research shows that the auto insurance premiums charged by the specialist women only insurance brands, are exactly the same as those charged where the branding is not gender specific. Undoutably the marketing message works though, as the car insurance companies that create these womwn specific insurance packages go from strength to strength. Expect more niche marketing in the insurance industry on the back of success in the lady driver market.

A Special Gift For Aging Parents

We all got together and pitched in the money to get my mom and dad a special gift. They live in a beautiful two story home, but have not used the second floor in about six months due to not being able to navigate the stairs. My brothers and sisters and I decided to pay for a residential stair chair lift to be installed for them. This way, they would no longer be restricted in their ability to go upstairs. My parents were just thrilled when they found out about what we were planning to do. They can’t wait to try it out.

Only you can prevent overspending

I heard a commercial on the radio the other day and it said something that made me absolutely crazy. It said that it is not your fault that your in debt, which begs the question; who’s fault is it then? What credit card company held a gun to your head and forced you to use their card to buy stuff you did not need? What company held you captive until you applied for a dozen debt loans? While being in debt is not a joke, the fact of the matter is, we create our own debt. The only debt that cannot be helped is those that are accrued by medical bills or a death in the family. So step up folks and take responsibility for your spending.
