A friend showed me how to sell a timeshare. Just like what he did last year he solicited the service of a timeshare company that did all the work for him. Once he and the buyer reached a decision on the price the just waited until the deal was closed and the ownership was transferred to the buyer’s name. He, of course, made sure that he won’t be embarrassed at the condition of the property because he went to the house and checked it himself. Then he signed the documents. Who else would give a better advice on how to sell a timeshare than him?

My daughter Sydney is a college student at USC. Her roommate Rosa is originally from the Midwest, Chicago, Illinois to be exact. Our family are California natives and are used to the state’s Mediterranean climate, where it doesn’t get too hot or too cold. Rosa on the other hand is to used to the extremely cold Midwestern winters, when -2 or -3 isn’t unusual. However, she was just home for Thanksgiving and doesn’t plan to go back until 2009. She thinking about doing something and visiting Alaska to see how Sarah Palin lives. or at least go on a cruise up there. She’s hoping to find some Alaska Cruise Deals with eligible college student discounts.
