I know we have all heard that ‘content is King’ along with all the other items on every-one’s SEO top ten must do list! …However, I have come to realize that it is more than just good content; its proper url and title text along with detailed content and flexibility. Take for example this local real estate website I ran across a few days ago the: Huntsville Real Estate Resource Center. I have to tell you that whoever is authoring this site has some sound fundamental SEO concepts underway. It is a moderately sized site with around 20k pages indexed. Since this site is rather new, I have to ask, How to you get this many pages indexed so quickly? …The answer is multi-dimentional I am sure. Drop the webmaster an email and see for yourself what the answer is …I was pleasantly surprised.

Some people don’t believe in ghosts. That’s fine as long as that means you also don’t believe in God or that aliens have landed on this planet. The reason is that that is no hard proof for any of these things, so if your reason for not believing in them is that there isn’t any proof (for example no one has ever taken a photo of a ghost on a Nintendo DSi Console) then you must also apply that reasoning to other things which basically don’t exist. Now I know that you’re going to take my word for it and that ok I suppose, it’s not going to have any big impact on the world.

I’m not sure about you guys, but I really hate bad tasting pills. The other day I tried Weight Supreme pills and it tasted like vomit. And not just that, I think it’s something like decayed, dried out vomit. With food coloring. That is how bad I think it was. And it not just this particular product. Many of them taste like crap and I absolutely cannot stand this stuff. My weight is important to me, but so are my taste buds.

Don’t leave home without it would be my advice to you. The thing you should always have is travel insurance for any trip that you take.

It was about six years ago when one of my employees, who also happened to be my wife’s first cousin, began to have serious financial difficulties due to his wife’s unwise spending habits.
Listening to the stories of how their household bills were going unpaid due to out-of-control spending was disheartening to me. And even though I had a general idea what the root of the problem was, I kept most of my advice to myself.
That was until one morning whenhe told me how they were considering bankruptcy to relieve their debt. This was where I had to speak up.
After telling him about how an iva (an individual voluntary agreement) is a much better option than bankruptcy, his spirits lifted.
