Nothing makes a person feel older than a wrinkled or spotted face. As we get older, we all will get wrinkles, no matter how well we take care of our skin. There is just no getting around it. Between gravity doing its work, years of sun exposure, and the natural drying of our skin over time, there is no way to avoid wrinkles altogether. They are Mother Nature’s way of telling us to slow down because we’re getting older. There are many products on the market that claim to eliminate wrinkles, but few products do more than mask them for a short period of time. The best way to treat wrinkles and minimize their appearance is through the application of one of many Dead Sea creams that have been used by people the world over for centuries.

My father has become obsessed with keeping fit lately. This happened after the doctor told him he had to take medication to control his cholesterol level. He started running late last year, and now he is already running 5km three times per week. He measures his timings with his ipod, and now he is busy reading heart rate monitor reviews in order to buy one. Oh, he also reads lots and lots of health and workout blogs. I won’t be surprised if he starts going to the gym. I seriously salute my dad for his discipline. I have been trying to keep a schedule for sometime without much success.

My brother has been looking for a German Shepard puppy for the last few days. He has wanted one for a long time;however his finances weren’t the best and he didn’t want the responsibility of an animal. Things have changed for him and now he is in a position to have a dog. I was thinking of this when I was on my chat site yesterday. I go on LDS Chat City to talk with my friends and to make new ones. While chatting with a fellow I have chatted with before,he told me that he had some German Shepard puppies for sale. I gave his number to my brother.

I am interested in trying something new, so I was thinking of trying to make my own soap. There are a lot of stores selling specially made soap, and rather than pay the prices they are asking I think it would be fun to give it a try myself. Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find some good books about making home made soap. I would appreciate some recommendations on which ones would be the best for me to buy in order to get started with this. I want something that explains the process step by step in an easy to understand way.
