Being a father is no laughing matter. This is what I told my close buddies when they kidded about our friend Mike being a new father. It was an unplanned situation for him but he has to step up for this potentially life-changing role. I can say that the role of a father is definitely a serious one as what I have seen from my father. Being able to feed your family is no easy task as it is. So for all those daughters and sons, get out there and serve your Dad by giving him Father’s day gift baskets this coming Sunday. I will be preparing one for my father.

Packing an entire house for moving could take months. You will be going through belongings that you haven’t seen for years, things you don’t use, and most national moving companies suggest having a moving sale prior to moving day. This will save money, well actually make you money, and save time when it comes to moving day. Get rid of anything you don’t use. If it’s an heirloom pack it away safely but don’t treat every old item as a family heirloom. Clutter is a waste of space and money. If you think something has significant value but not to you, have it appraised.

If your child has a love of dance and would like to give it a try, then you should know about the great classes being taught at Houston Dance and Fitness. My daughter just loved the classes where she learned some new moves in jazz and Latin dancing. Not only was she able to learn a variety of different dances, but she was able to participate in the yoga classes to feel more comfortable in her own skin. This was definitely a great way to gain some self confidence because she went from being shy to wanting to put on a dance routine for just about anyone that would watch.

The personal care industry makes millions if not billions of dollars each year with the sale of ‘sweet scented must have’. While the many fragrances entice us to be pleasantly scented, little do we know that we clog our pores with harmful toxic chemicals that are used in these products.In attempting to eliminate body odor we have unintentionally brought on the onsets of cancer, alzheimer and a list of other diseases on ourselves. It is understable to imagine that no-one wants to smell like Mr/Ms stinky, but to what point is it worth our long-term health?

When you are asked to write for a travel blog, you never know what the day will bring or what topics you might be asked to write about – in vivid detail of course! One day you might be covering the historic sites of Old Baltimore from the perspective of the hit HBO show The Wire and the next you might be covering a special interest piece such as “free things to in singapore” or maybe “how to raise german shepherd puppeies while traveling abroad” – as I said, it’s a crapshoot. One thing is for certain though, it’s a rewarding field, but only if you’re doing it for the right reasons. For those who get involved because they think they will get rich or launch their writing career this is not for you. However, if you are passionate about travel or writing, boot up that laptop and get to work!

The brand new Ford Ka has carried on with the ingenuity and creativity where its predecessor left off and has maintained the same free-thinking design and performance that saw the previous model rocket into the hearts and minds of all of drove it.
I took the brand new Ford Ka for a test drive on the strength of its predecessor and founf it to be just as enjoyable a driving experience as any other small car and immediately ordered one there and then. i cannot imagine getting a better drive for such a small amount of money. Absolutely remarkable really!
