Handbags rank up there with jewelry and accessories as being an important statement of a woman’s overall ‘look’. Women learn, very early, that carrying the correct handbag can either finish off or ruin their look. If they are at all vain, it’s not something they will forget in a hurry.
Younger women might prefer a shoulder bag because it suites her lifestyle and looks. However, more mature women often choose dressier purses. On Saturday my friend Denise and I went to Los Angeles to do some shopping. Six months ago we went up there and I got a fantastic deal on a brand-new 46 inch plasma TV. This time around I was looking for some good quality movies at a very inexpensive price. Denise was going up there to see if she could find some make up and some sports memorabilia for her older brother Todd. One of the things that we both wanted to do while up there was enjoying a nice lunch. Next month we plan to go to Las Vegas to do some enjoy some good comedy.

The house next door was always a bustle of activity with cars coming and going at all times. We often heard several large dogs barking and growling. Several times, my husband called the police because of the loud noises they made in the middle of the night. Soon, the sounds became louder and angrier all the time, and more and more dogs could be heard on a regular basis. We suspected that the owner of the home was into some illegal activities with the dogs. We called Dallas animal control, and they later informed us that they removed 17 dogs that were being groomed for dogfighting.
