Learn The Science Behind Electric Powered Cars

With the cost of gasoline running two to three times more than just a few years ago and with the many environmental concerns we share, having alternatives to fuel driven vehicles would seem appropriate.
I have always been fascinated with the hybrid and/or electric powered cars. When I look at some of the designs, they make me smile which is always a good thing !
Electric powered vehicles create less pollution. This is especially important in large cities as the rates of asthma continue to climb in young children. Hybrid cars, generally speaking, use the gutted out frame of gasoline driven cars. This is another example of an environmentally friendly technology. The other wonderful side effect of driving an electric car is that there is very little if any noise coming from the engine. This concept is a winner all the way around !
