Putting a water fuel cell in my car

The other day I was on the Internet, and I found an amazing new technology. They were talking about ways of turning water into gas and doubling your mpg. So I had to have a look to see what the water 4 gas facts were all about, and basically, the technology seemed quite basic, so I would water fuel cell, and am sitting in my car and right now. Apparently I should expect to receive a least a doubling in mpg. It only takes about an hour to fix a fuel cell in your car and the biggest problem to be honest is finding a space to put it.
