What your diesel engine parts supplier will need to know
February 2nd, 2008
Before you get on the phone — or on the Internet — to order your diesel engine parts, you will need to have certain information and make it available to your supplier, in order for them to properly fill the order. First of all, you will need to know the make and model number of your diesel engine. You will also need to know whether you have any add-on options such as a turbocharger. You also may need to know the serial number — and if your diesel engine is in a vehicle, you should also make a note of the make, model and year when your vehicle was manufactured.
