Benefits of having a water cooler at work

July 17th, 2009

There are in more than 15 billion brain cells inside each person, and these are made up of between 74 percent and 85 percent water. The mind tends to operate through connectors between these cells which work best when anyone is properly hydrated. A Water Cooler provides that re-hydration that the body requires. One of the first symptoms of dehydration is fatigue or tiredness. The human body is far and away the most sophisticated machine known to man and like all systems it needs an input to deliver an output. If anyone wants to get the best out of their body they need to drink enough water, which can come from a water cooler.
