Cold calling training

Sales pressure is a mighty saboteur. And it comes in all shapes, sizes, and flavors. Sales forces will always have many breeds, and the most effective sales managers are the ones that recognize the different breeds and play to their strengths. You’d never put a basset hound in a greyhound race. Salespeople tell me all the time that they’re not really making cold calls—they’re making “warm calls.”.I don’t agree.
