Contacting exclusive mortgage leads

At times, just contacting your customers is not enough to close a sale, even if you are using something as valuable as exclusive mortgage leads. Regular followups and a sensitive approach to customers’ needs are as necessary for successful and profitable conversions. Exclusive customers will be waiting for you to call them. They are typically more costly, but also generate more interested applicants. Everyone likes to get something for nothing, and few are offended by a followup. In fact, most people will expect it. If you decide to use a lead like this, the free item should be something related to mortgages.
