Unlike before, the introduction of new computer systems is not received with open-arms enthusiasm.  When the new version of Microsoft Word was introduced in the past, people raced out who will be able to install it first.  It’s not the same case with Windows Vista.  People nowadays feel reluctant about using them, much more using them in their own personal computers.  What if the new software has lots of glitches and incompatibilities with the older applications?Data conversion software promises to minimize the fear of losing vast amount of data when transferring files or altering the computer software.  Data loss is expected during the process of importing and exporting data from one computer to another if it has not gone through the hand of data conversion software.  Operating systems for MS Windows, Unix, Linux and Novell have available versions of data conversion tools.
