Employees

May 4th, 2008

I would imagine that hiring for your restaurant would be an extremely hard task. I am sure that everybody thinks that they can wait tables but it really is more complicated than you first think. You have to be able to mutli-task efficiently throughout your entire shift while maintaining a positive attitude that other employees and especially your customers would like to hang around. How do you find employees in the first place? How do you ask appropriate questions in an interview to find out if they would be a good restaurant employee? I bet a great idea would be a working interview to make sure the person can actually perform.
