How does a payday loan express work? Why do people need these loans? Is there a strict rule on how often you can use them or could you use them as often as you get paid? I would think that if you used them a lot you might become dependent on them. If I am in a pinch I would know what to do and I would like to know exactly how they work. Would it cost a lot of money to borrow against myself? Does it cost more money the longer you wait before a payday or is it just one charge?
