According to a Web hosting top ten reviews update in Feb2008, one of the most difficult and frustrating experiences for any website owner is to lose their website content — and particularly for blog site owners. This is because blog sites actually use a database on the back end to organize and store all of the various blog postings. If you are blog site owner, it is absolutely critical that you make a backup of your website database files on a regular basis — if those files become damaged or are accidentally deleted, certain content may no longer be visible.
