Mortgage Deals Slashed, New Discounted Deals Offered

With the global economic crisis going on, property investments are receiving direct hits.  BBC reports of mortgage rates being slashed in the UK.  It’s a new business strategy that they are trying to employ.  With the new rate drop of about 1%, existing borrowers will be protected. 

In addition to this, BBC latest news on mortgage deals gives hope to those who wish to borrow but are scared of the high mortgage rate.  With the new rate being implemented, more will be encouraged to invest on properties and hopefully, improve the economy. 

Unfortunately, BBC latest news on mortgage deals also include a statement on the discounted deals for lenders.
