The key to pursuading your customers is knowing them. You have to understand them inside and out. Develop a positioning statement for your mortgage marketing plan. How do you compare with your competition? How do you differ from the competition? What is your niche market? Think about what part of the mortgage business you like the most. Maybe you like first time loans or working with certain types of homes, such as condos, town homes, or single family homes. It doesn’t matter if you have the greatest mortgage company or product on earth though, you’re going to have someone that is unsatisfied.
