My family was saved by loan modification

Up until about three weeks ago I thought that there was no way we were going to be able to save our house from foreclosure. We were almost 4 months behind in payments and I was frantically looking around online for a solution that would work both for us and for the bank.I found a great article (http://ezinearticles.com/?Loan-Modification—The-Simple-Guideid=1920758) that basically walks me through the process of loan modification step-by-step. I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for that article I never would have even known about this process, and I probably would have wound up losing the house when it wasn’t necessary.
