New Online Nursing Programs

I have seen a growing number of nursing programs popping up in all sorts of places. One type of program that I am not sure would be as appropriate as others is the online programs that are rapidly increasing in popularity. They are a great idea for those who work while they are also in school, but I am not sure that an online classroom can provide the same type of instruction that you get from face-to-face instruction. I guess I would have to do some more research into how these types of programs are conducted before I make a decision as to which type of program provides the best learning environment.
