Nobody is safe from internet crime!

According to the article “Insure against devastating Internet crime” it is not just the big businesses being targeted for cyber crime! If anything it is the smaller companies who are less prepared to protect themselves against hacking than the big businesses.

Security is something that can sometimes be overlooked. We tend to focus on sales and operations while those internet criminals are creeping in the back door. It is time to stand up and fight against these information thieves. With this kind of criminal activity, there is a growing demand and with that, hacking of IT systems has become more professionally orientated.

Hacking has become worryingly business like and organised. This type of crime is difficult to detect and easy to commit because it can be achieved from anywhere in the world. As they say, that’s the beauty of the Internet. While these hackers are at large they are nameless and faceless and will continue until you stop them with improved security provision.
