While there is equipment and supplies that can hold up productivity and slow things down, it comes down to the employees of your company to get things done. Staying in control of your employees is the important first step towards getting a high productivity level and this begins with trust. Your employees must trust you, respect you, and above all be satisfied with their current job position or they are not going to do the work effectively or efficiently, if at all.
