A very important skill in conflict resolution is the emotional intelligence. This deals with encouraging the employees to use their skills along with their emotions to drive the efficiency and productivity instead of a dry approach that says, you work and you get paid. In Resolving Conflict In The Workplace the emotional intelligence factor comes into the picture while assessing the root of the conflict and the people involved. Using emotional intelligence can be a killer in resolving conflicts. This will also prevent a similar conflict form brewing in the near future.
