You may be asking yourself why so many companies, even small businesses are so obsessed with the filtering process and background checks. The answer is that were in a whole different world now where people are keen to the old ways to a point where they can get away with lying and many even find ways to get the employer to call a mock person to confirm their employment history. By implementing a background check they can get a better grasp on your history and in conjunction with your testing (for psychological precedence) they can tell what’s really going on!
