Wasted Time

We have wasted so much time trying to get software created, implemented and installed that it is a running joke not only through our department but for the company. We hold over 800 leases of offices spaces around the country and we are doing things so old school that we waste precious time having to check actual hard files every time a situation comes up in one of our offices. We need a project management mentoring company or system to help us keep on track with our software design or we will forever be doing things so slow that we will be out of business by a competitor.
