What about a balanced scorecard?

Performance management has many tentacles which have to go deep down in to your organization to make vitally sure that your company improves within days. A balanced scorecard is one such tool which has been used to monitor the individual performance of all you subordinates. Then you will be able to document their performance in an easier and improved way that you will be able to get to know who is who and what is what. This will indeed make your working echelons work at their full potential as they know that there every movement is written about and recorded.
