When I Grow Up

February 4th, 2009

When I was a child, I wanted to be so many things. I wanted to be a superhero, flying around the city and rescuing the populace from the evil clutches of monsters and super-villains. I wanted to be a cowboy, riding the range in search of scoundrels and sending them away, just like Clint Eastwood. I wanted to be a knight wearing shiny armor who climbed over moats and through dungeon walls just to rescue fair maidens. What I became was a California lemon law lawyer who fights the injustice of dastardly car companies by taking them to court and getting my clients the refunds they deserve for the faulty equipment they were sold. In my mind, it’s all about the same.
