Which type of home mortgage should I get?

I am trying to get through the whole home buying process. I have gotten preapproved for a mortgage, and I am looking for a house that meets my requierments. However, I am not sure which type of mortgage I should get. There are a lot of options for a home mortgage Burlington banks are offering me, and I am not sure which one would end up being the least expensive in the long run. Can anyone hep me figure out which mortgage I should get? Is there a website that could calculate the costs of each option over the life of the loan?
