You Have to Find the Property Bargain Before You Buy

If you really want to be successful and making a full time living from property investing then you have got to become an expert in hunting down those property bargains.  You need to understand that the novice or general home buyer who is just looking for a place to call home, are the ones that will pay full market value for a property. For you, as someone who wants to make a living from property, you need to be wiser than that and that means that you need to be focused on buy property as much below market value as possible.  You need to be clear on the fact that you make your money when you buy the property not when you sell it.
