When your an executive you are always in the forward motion state and this means your constantly learning new things to keep ahead of the curve. You must read book after book to stay ahead of the next guy and the competition to your company. There are a lot of reasons that books are your lifeline to wisdom and knowledge (that breeds that wisdom), and the best executive decision you can make is to use the executive book summaries instead of reading the whole books!
