Obviously you are one of the MoveOn.org true believers so this probably will not get through the fog but debt management advice of Fed policy should be color blind and gender neutral. This is not about white men running everything it is about the politicization of fed management practices. Suppose in 2013 when a competent person replaces the current holder of the office of President they decide that the fed should only support expanding credit availability to banks chaired by native born, white males to balance the policies imposed by this act. Would that be appropriate? Would you be in favor of that? Probably not nor would any fair-minded person but this is what will become of turning the fed into another back-water of political patronage from Congress. Get it?

I have an upscaling DVD player and an HDTV from the same series of the Toshiba REGZA line. They work perfectly together through REGZA Link and I can use either remote. For Apple TV, I use the Remote app on my iPhone so I don’t have to type anything. It is fully multitouch. So, for someone with moderate needs, I do not see the Peel adding enough ease of use to make it viable. It might be better suited to people with fancy or multiple home theater setups.
So, I don’t need a pear for my Apples.
I will check out the Peel app.

I drove to Home Depot this morning to pick up a couple of gallons of yellow paint. I was going to be painting the inside of my daughter’s room, and this was the color that she want it painted. I have decided the two years of german I took in school are finally of some use – when I dfat travel advice now I’ll answer only in German … they may have bleached their brown shirts white, but they are the same ilk in their attitude.
I lived and work based out of Israel for six years and flew in and out at least twice a month. The only time I ever had to take my shoes off were when they were safety shoes (metal toes). They were always polite and courteous … and people react civilly when being treated that way. TSA will never get it, tooo many (not all) enjoy being Nationalsozialismus.

My comments as a client not a free lawyer advice and arer based on obsevvations of large firms in the NYC arena. Michael states top tier firms expect each Lawyer to bill 2000+ hours which he projects to take 60-70% of thier time. Therefore billing over 7 hours plus and another 30 to 40% becomes 10 hours per day. On top of these most of these guys spend plus or minus 4 hours from sleepy time commuting from the burbs to the office and back and ocassionally have to eat lunch. The figures don’t add up, either the clients are being overbilled or these guys are putting in 14 hour days every day!!
