A Method of Fasting That Will Not Have You Starving

When we think of fasting, we think of starving ourselves. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. Using a method of intermittent fasting (they did it in the bible), and daily body building routines will boost your metabolism and will not leave you feeling starved. It may sound strange, but after reading a Eat Stop Eat Review from a satisfied customer who sounded like me, I was ready to give it a shot. I had tried other “diets” to no avail, so this was really different for me. It is not a fad, but a healthy way of living that just happens to allow your body to lose weight and unhealthy fat.
