A million workouts to get ripped

There are literally dozens, hundreds, even millions of workouts that claim to give you ripped 6 pack abs in some timeframe. The fact is, however, that when you see a workout program to get ripped, the likelihood that it is effective and not going to give you adverse health side-effects is very small.
Most “get ripped” exercise programs and/or diets give you very little useful natural advice on how to get ripped.
Often they will say that you can get ripped by doing an hour of intense workouts every day! This is true (you will get results) but who is going to stick to it?
