A Personal Trainer Likes to do Fast Fat Loss Exercises

One week ago I was reading a book about a formal personal trainer. His name is Alex and he used to be a chubby guy when he was little. As he grew up, he was really interested in losing weight and doing fast fat loss workouts. Not only did he decided to exercise, but also to be a personal trainer.
He says that he loves his job and that he wants to help people. One of the things that I found very interesting is that even though the book talks a lot about his life; he gives a lot of fitness tips and explains the exercises that he considers are the best for fat loss.
