Antiques and the Law

When I found out my chest pain and shortness of breath was a symptom of Mesothelioma, I was so worried.  I checked in to all the possible sources of cancer I could find.  I realized that in my line of work collecting antiques, I could have come across asbestos.  I contacted a Mesothelioma Lawyer to see if it was the seller’s responsibility to report such things to any potential buyers.  I didn’t want to get in trouble for selling something I didn’t know had asbestos.  Whoever sold me the items should have the responsibility to warn me before I purchased anythinng.
