There are two ways to take hgh hormones. The first, and most expensive way, is to have it injected. The second, safe, and most common way to take hgh is orally. The hgh reviews show that the effectiveness of hgh depends more on the person taking it correctly. The different oral methods to taking hgh are tablet form, capsule form or spray. Studies have not shown one oral consumption does not seem to be better than another. Again, as long as the person is taking it as directed, it will more depend on how well their own body produces its own growth hormone.
