You should, if you want to be healthy.  There are foods that give us the benefits of antioxidants and we should try to eat these foods each and every day as they can really improve our health.

We should try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables because these help give us the many nutrients that we need as well as provide lots of antioxidants to our bodies, which benefit us by making us healthy as well as fight disease.
