Detox diet menu with a lot of water

When you are considering a detox diet remember that water is so very important. Some say that drinking a lot of water without any other type of dietary change, is a detox all by itself. Whichever detox diet menu you chose to follow remember that water is a key ingredient and not to be skipped. Water will help the detox diet to work more effectively and also it will help to keep your body hydrated. Detox diets require major dietary changes for however long they last so it is important to drink plenty of water for electrolyte balance and tissue hydration.
