Diabeitc Socks Are Not A Perminent Fix

There are many companies out there that claim that their brand of diabetic socks will help prevent diabetic related foot problems. While it may be true that diabetic socks are very well made and address many issues that diabetics face, they in no way can completely prevent common issues, such as, foot soars that may lead to infection and other health problems. It is very important that you speak with your health care professional about what can be done to prevent these types of issues and not rely solely on diabetic socks to protect your feet from diabetic foot problems.
