Do Not Drink Alcohol When Pregnant
November 11th, 2008
You should never drink alcohol during pregnancy! The risks of your baby getting fetal alcohol syndrome or a host of other birth defects is much too great and can cause another person a lifetime of misery and medical challenges. Even if you think you may become pregnant or could have recently conceived, any amount of alcohol for your baby is dangerous.
The March of Dimes recommends that a woman who may be pregnant, is planning on becoming pregnant, or who is nursing a baby should not touch any alcohol whatsoever! There is no “safe” limit for drinking alcohol, when it comes to babies and pregnancy!
